"I make all of the frames in my woodshop in the Arts and Crafts style by faithfully adheering to the design and fabrication approaches popularized during the past century by Gustav Stickely, Green and Green, and Frank Lloyd Wright."

"Rough cut quarter sawn red oak, which I mill and dimension, is joined with through mortise and tenons. Rabbets are cut into the back. Then, decorative pegs are added prior to finishing with four clear coats. The grain of quarter sawn red oak displays prized decorative effects including dramatic ray flecks, interlocking, and wavy ribbon patterns."
